OUR STORY

twenty-seven years on the same corner

Victoria opened in two rooms above a florist, with one vet and a borrowed X-ray machine. Today we're nine vets and nurses in a purpose-built centre a hundred meters down the road — and we still know most of our patients by name.

We stayed independent on purpose. We choose our own equipment, we're never rushed through a consult, and the person who diagnoses your pet is the person who follows up.

Independent & family-run

No group ownership, no upselling.

questions, answered

Here are some common questions about our company.

Yes, we register new cats, dogs and small pets every week. Bring any history from your previous practice and we will request the rest for you.

Our 24/7 line is answered by our own on-call vets, not a call centre. Out-of-hours emergencies are seen at the clinic whenever it is safe to do so.

Dogs, cats, rabbits and small mammals. We do not see reptiles or horses, but we can refer you to a trusted local specialist.

We work with all major UK insurers and can process direct claims for treatment over £300. We also offer a monthly health plan covering vaccinations, flea and worm treatment.

There is metered parking on Warwick Way and a car park on Denbigh Street. Victoria station is a seven-minute walk.

Vaccination records, any current medication, and your insurance details. Cats are happiest in a hard carrier, we have a separate feline waiting area.
